Here's What to Do:

1. Determine your enrollment type
2. Fill out the online application
   IMPORTANT: You must first complete the online application before submitting your documents. At the end of the online application, you will receive this message; "Your application has been successfully submitted." Please check your email daily for further instruction.
3. Submit copies of the following documents (download the enrollment package):

• Most current transcripts (promotion certificate if entering from 8th grade)
• Immunization records (or Immunization Waiver Form)
• Birth certificate
• AIMS test results
• Signature page
• Withdraw form (Full Time Enrollment Only)
• Course selection form (Dual Enrollment Only)
